LET THE GOOD TIMES BEGIN!
Join the Hangout team for our Adventure Art Camp, an adventure-style Summer Camp that takes kids out of the studio and introduces them to the amazing art that lives in our own backyard! All the while, campers will draw inspiration from their adventures in their handmade sketchbooks via graphite, charcoal, pastel, and watercolor mediums!
HOW IT WORKS: SUMMER 2026
JUNE 22 - AUGUST 21, 2026
Parent/Guardian Drop-off : 8:15am - 9am
Bus Departure: 9:15am
Parent/Guardian Pick-up: 2:30pm - 3:00pm
Drop-off/ Pick-up Location: Laurelhurst Park Playground
Ages: Grades 3 - 5 (8 - 11 years old)
Cost: $375
What’s included: Transportation to/from Field Trip location site(s), all entrance and group fees associated with location site(s).
What to pack: Each camper will carry their own backpack complete with a full water bottle, two snacks, a sack lunch, any necessary medication, sunscreen, handheld fans (optional), and appropriate clothing/shoe wear for that day’s activities.
Are their restrooms?: Yes! We will take planned restroom breaks throughout the day!
Is there a lot of walking?: YES! Kids will be on their feet all day and will need to carry their own belongings for the entirety of the week.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE FIELD TRIP ART CAMP:
Cancellation requests received two (2) weeks, or more, prior to start at The Hangout PDX will incur a 50% cancellation fee.. No refunds on cancellation requests received two (2) weeks or less prior to start at The Hangout.
